How do I contact WHCP for therapy?

You can contact Nickie or Amy at

What are your rates?

Rates range from $100 to $300 depending on service and Therapist. Prices are subject to change. Please discuss rates with one of our team members during your free consultation.

Why must I pre-register for a group?

We like to ensure that groups are a positive experience for all and that they are the right fit for you! Because of this, all groups require consultation with Nickie and/or Amy to determine if you are a fit for the group. Please pre-register for the desired group and we will be in touch!

Do you offer virtual or telehealth therapy?

Yes, we are here for you! Telehealth therapy sessions are available through a HIPPA compliant video platform. Contact info@westhoustonpsych.com for more information.

Do you accept insurance?

WHCP is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. However, you could be entitled to some reimbursement, but we recommend that clients contact their insurance company to confirm this benefit. If reimbursement is possible, you will make a payment to WHCP at each session and we will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Can WHCP create a program for me?

Yes! Amy and Nickie will collaborate with you to create a talk or workshop that fits your needs. Utilize our free consultation form on this page to request a callback and we will begin to plan your next professional development program.
